Welcome to Casa Maria, our 1 Bed ( Sleeps 2) bright and peaceful top! floor apartment located in the heart of Costa Nova, Jávea, a stone's throw from Granadella Cove and beach, and la Portichell Cove. It's an Ideal Pad for couples, nomadic workers.
It has amenities within walking distance, and the main town is a short 5 km drive down the bottom of the hill. We’re so pleased to have you stay with us and hope you enjoy every moment in this beautiful corner of the Costa Blanca.
Casa Maria is a fully self-catering apartment, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. Welcome to Casa Maria Top floor Apartment
Welcome to our delightful one-bedroom apartment for Mid-Term Seasonal Stays and Winter Stays. Casa Maria Top-Floor Apartment with Shared pool. It was thoughtfully established at the end of March 2023.
The accommodation is located on the top floor of the main villa. Host accommodation is on the ground level Since our opening, we have had the pleasure of welcoming numerous guests on Booking.com, and we look forward to hosting you as well! We have just had a brand new pool refurbishment and design, that's finished on May 25, and I look forward to guests enjoying it during their stay. Our spacious 50 m² apartment is an excellent choice for both couples seeking a romantic getaway and remote workers looking for a peaceful place to focus, cycliest, the apartment is in a great location for beautifull senic routes, walks and keen golfers alike, our location in Costa Nova urbanisation, is close to Granadella beach and cove, and has Mongo National Park all around.
Casa Maria is open all year round and Offers Guests mid-term seasonal lets with a minimum stay requirement of 10 nights and a maximum of 28 nights per booking. We also offer Winter lets of 3 months. Reservations and Bookings available upon request. Casa Maria offers you ample time to relax and unwind. Step onto the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful views and relax with an evening meal or take a moment to relax while soaking in the tranquil views of the surrounding area. Additionally, you'll find a wealth of fantastic opportunities for cycling, golfing, and walking nearby, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts.

**About the Apartment Casa Maria's top-floor apartment is 50 square meters in total, including a private balcony. It features its own private entrance and exclusive access. It includes a bedroom with a small double bed (135 x 200 cm) accommodating two guests, along with an ensuite shower room. - Amenities consist of a clothes rail, a tallboy chest of drawers, and a dressing table. - Relax in the cozy sitting area equipped with a Smart TV that offers both English and Spanish channels - The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, fridge/freezer, air fryer, Bosch coffee maker, and all essential amenities. - Enjoy fast Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment, as well as by the pool and terrace. - Unwind on your private balcony with seating and breathtaking views of the. - The apartment is fitted with mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning in both rooms.
